Katie has a very calm and compassionate way of teaching, delivering high quality and a fun training room atmosphere. NTC plan to carry on using Total First Aid Solutions as our preferred provider for our First Aid needs.
Katie was willing to travel out to our cattle station to conduct a first aid course for more than 20 staff. It was absolutely fantastic and very relevant to our remote situation. Katie adapted her program to suit, whilst providing a professional and comprehensive course. We all thought it was the best first aid course we had attended. Thanks again Katie
I really enjoyed the course and the trainer was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give real-life examples of things she has experienced which I found extremely fascinating.
